Some new taxes need to be created in the Spain Taxes dataset

Please note that these new tax rates have been already created in a customer, therefore we should use their UIID.

The new tax rates to be created are:

(1) Inversión Sujeto Pasivo no UE exento

Valid from = 01-09-2012
Tax Category = Exento Servicios
Sales/Purchase type = Purchase Tax
Document Tax Amount Calculation = Document based amount by rate
Base Amount = Line Net Amount
Tax Book Type = Purchase Tax Book
Reverse Charge = Yes
Tax Exempt = Yes
Country = All countries but EU countries (take as an example: Inversión Sujeto Pasivo no UE 21% (+21%))
Destination Country = Spain

This tax rate needs to be related to below Tax parameters:
