DescriptionAfter 2 failed grid saves a broken entry is added to recent documents list of the workspace

Steps To ReproduceOpen sales order
clear implicit filter
click new in grid
do not fill out any fields
click save icon in new row
click edit in grid icon of new (failed to save) row
click save icon in new row again
click cancel and return to grid icon in toolbar
check workspace and notice an entry has been added to recent documents
that entry has no identifier for a slaes order
mouse over shows 'undefined'
click that entry, it open a useless, blank, non working sales order view
