Summary0025782: Openbravo should be able to create warehouse picking list with a products without stock
DescriptionOpenbravo should be able to create warehouse picking list with a products without stock.

Currently it is impossible to create a picking list from an order if you don't have enought stock to be reserved.

Steps To Reproduce-
Proposed SolutionApplication could create the picking list and check or create the reservation when the user is doing the validation.
