0025759: admin others widget doesn't save params 1st time

Description

When administering widgets for other workspaces (such as role), it is not possible to save new widget's parameters.

Steps To Reproduce

--Login to ERP
-Inside the workspace go to manage Workspace section
-Press in "Admin Others"
-Select Role level and a Role
-Add User HTML Defined widget
-Without publishing edit the parameters and save
-Publish
-Login with the role it was administered before and check the parameters were not saved

Workaround: if administered widget is opened just before publish, parameters can be modified.

Proposed Solution

Check MyOpenbravoActionHandler.processParameters method, which is invoked in widget creation. At this point parameters are present in the JSON object, but instead of using them defaults are set.

Proposal: use parameter values if present in JSON, if not set defaults.
