I have to make an api change. Below you will find the changeset [1] and api change [2]

-The change is the following:
it is a reference change of the rejected qty column for Production Run, now you can introduce decimales, before only integer

- The risk of this api change is low because of the following reason:
after asking several partners if they have any customizatoin using that value, none of them uses it. Neither other modules are using it.
