Steps To Reproduce-With stock validation module installed

-Create a product and add to a store price list and assortment

-Go to Web POS and try to do a return of this product.

It is impossible because you are not able to add to the ticket when the ticket is not marked as return and if you mark the ticket as return, the application doesn't allow you to add products
Proposed SolutionWe should support the following case:
1. create blank ticket
2. before adding products select 'Return this Receipt'.
3. the WebPOS now knows not to check stock and allows us to add products with zero stock levels.
4. complete ticket as normal
