Steps To Reproduce-create a non stockable BOM product
-add products with different tax rates
-create a sales order and add the BOM product
-complete it

Verify that BOM lines, all of them have the same tax rate. The BOM tax rate
Proposed SolutionModify function m_invexplodebomnotstock to set correct tax rate
