| Description | "Actual Amount" field in Budget Line window should be read-only when UpdateActuals process is run |
| Steps To Reproduce | "UpdateActuals.java" process is available to be executed in the application. When it is run, "Actual Amount" is automatically calculated and set in Budget Line window. In that case make sense that Actual Amount field is set as read-only as user should not edit it. |
