Summary0025411: API Change: Move Cash VAT User Interface to an external module
DescriptionCash VAT Management is a feature that should be used by a reduced number of users, however the impact in the user interface is very high, affecting important windows like Purchase/Sales Orders/Invoices, Tax Rate, Business Partner or Organization.

In order to make it transparent for the users, we have decided to move only the UI artifacts related to the Cash VAT (Tabs & Fields) to an external module (called Cash VAT Management), that can be manually installed by the users interested in this feature.

Note that business logic is still in Core because it is impossible to isolate to the external module.


The API Change has no risk because we are only moving Tabs and Fields from Core to an external module, keeping their previous UUIDs, so that the users can install the new module afterwards.
