0002536: MRP Purchase Plan

Description

When creating a purchase plan for replenishing a product to its minimum stock, the system does not take stocks from all storage bins into consideration. For example,

if i have:
- 100 items in bin 1-1-1
- 50 items in bin 2-1-1
- 35 items in bin 4-1-1

and the min stock is set to 500, the system will create a purchase order for 400 items, ignoring the fact we also have items in bins 2-1-1 and 4-1-1.
