Summary0002525: In _trl tables, isTranslated is always set to "yes"
DescriptionWhen an element which requires translation is modified, a trigger that updates its correspondint _trl table is fired.

This trigger should set the isTranslated field to "yes" only when a text element was changed, but instead it always sets it to "yes".

The trigger should be corrected.
