Description In Price list with out taxes, after reactivating the quotation not able to edit the price of the line item
Steps To ReproducePrecondition: Use price list not inclusive of taxes

1) Create a quotation with below details

And from the product list select

Product: Adhesive body warmers
Quantity: 5 numbers
And verify the below details

Product: Adhesive body warmers
Quantity: 5
Unit Price: 3.60
Total line amount: 18.00
Total Tax: 3.78
Total Gross Amount: 21.78
Tax Breakdown

Tax percentage: Entregas IVA 21%
Taxable Amount: 18.00
Total Tax amount: 3.78


2) To complete the Quotation tap on the “Total” amount

Verify status of the quotation changes from “Quotation –Draft” to “Quotation –Under Evaluation”

 Verify the success message appears in the screen

SUCCESS
Quotation no: xxxxx/yyyyyyyy has been created successfully

3) Then from menu, select "Reactivate Quotation"

4) Verify status of the quotation changes from “Quotation –Under Evaluation” to “Quotation –Draft”

5) Then try to change the price of the line item, by clicking the line item and change the price from 3.60 to 3.00 and click enter button

Defect: Issue right now is price not changing from 3.60 to 3.00

Note: The above issue not appear when price list is used price list inclusive of taxes is used
