Summary0025142: Concurrent Execution flag should work in a different way for Costing Background process
DescriptionThe Costing Background process definiton should be different, it should be checked the 'Prevent Concurrent Executions' flag in order to avoid overlapping process (to configurate the background more than once for different organizations) and the cost calculation will be wrong
Steps To ReproduceCurrently it should not be any distinction regarding organization, because this process is executed for all the organizations in the client.
It should check if one Costing Background process is executing in that moment

It is rejected, because since MP31 the process should be configured for each legal [1], because it will not be executed for all the client's organizations, it will be executed up to the organizations you have configured.
