Summary0025077: It is not possible to add a tax adjustment to an invoice with a taxable amount of zero
DescriptionIt is not possible to add a tax adjustment to an invoice with a taxable amount of zero
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create a Purchase Invoice
   Add a product to it
   Add a line in the Tax tab, with the same tax rate as the one in the invoice line
   Add a tax amount to it (0.01 for instance)
   Check that the Taxable amount is recalculated based on the tax rate
   Launch the Multidimensional Tax Report (a separate module) and notice the Taxable Amount of the Invoice is different from the Total Net Amount
Proposed SolutionInclude a checkbox in order to indicate that the line is an adjustment line and in case it is selected allow the Taxable Amount to be 0

Maybe the solution could consist on changing the way the tax adjustments are included in the application, when the calculated tax amount differs in 0.01 from the tax included in the invoice because of rounding errors
