DescriptionError when trying to process a Payment of an organization "Legal Without Accounting"
Steps To Reproduce1. Run Initial Organization Setup to create an org defined as "Legal Without Accounting"
2. Create Sales Invoice for that organization and process. Realize that you are able to Complete invoice.
3. Run "Add Payment" process from Invoice window and realize that error "The Period does not exist or it is not opened" is raised

If you create Payment from "Payment In" window you will not obtain error.
