Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create a Payment In
   Add the following detail:
      Actual Payment In: 1000000.00
      Transaction Type: GL Items
      GL Item: select one
      Received In: 1000000.00
   Check that the amount in the grid and in the Total field is shown without the grouping separator
