Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Go to Client window, select the Central Maintenance checkbox and Select the Cost Center dimension to be shown in header
   Log out and log in again
   Create a Payment In/Out and add a GL Item
   Notice the amounts are not below the Received In Paid Out columns
