DescriptionThe error message:
Couldn't connect to Internet to obtain maturity levels

is printed always with level ERROR into the application logs when i.e. the 'Settings' tab of the Module Management window is opened.

This message has nothing to do with any error doing that action and should be fixed (changed to debug and text adjusted)
Steps To ReproduceLogin
Change to System Administrator role
Open: Module Management window
Open Settings tab
check openbravo.log

Note: The error is only printed once per logged in session as the result is cached.
Proposed SolutionChange message to debug level and adjust test to the 'intent to obtain maturity levels' which is the action at that point.

Fixed 24840: Remove wrong error message from log.
change error shown always on opening Settings tab of MMC windows.
Message is now debug level and text is adjusted.
