Description'Form Personalize' window does not open
Steps To ReproduceIn a "Professional" instance:
As "Openbravo Admin" go to "Sales Order" window
Click the "Form Personalization" icon.

Nothing happens and the following JS error is raised:
"Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'notesDataSource' of null"
