DescriptionThe sales representative field is not filled automatically in the Project related windows (Multiphase project, Service Project)

In other windows, like the Sales Order or Sales Invoice, the sales representative is automatically filled each time the business partner field is changed
Steps To Reproduce1. Use a professional instance
2. Go to Multiphase project or Service Project window (it may be necessary to activate them before in the Application Dictionary)
3. Select any business partner. The sales representative is not filled
Proposed SolutionModify the SE_Project_BPartner callout to implement this feature

Fixed bug 24490: Sales Representative not filled automatically in Project

Implemented this feature in SE_Project_BPartner callout as it is already done
at the Sales Order or Sales Invoice windows
