dev-server was moved into code server. A http redirect is in place to keep old dev url working for ant setup.

This commit updates the url to directly use the new code-url to avoid needing that redirect for new clones.

Tested by doing ant setup in pi which directly uses code.openbravo.com domain now to download setup tool.

Also tested unmodified stable/2.50 ant setup which still can download setup tool via the redirect.
