Steps To Reproduce

It is necessary to review some reports regarding the product quantity shown.
The 'Valued Stock Report' and the 'Stock Report' are taking into account the movement date of the m_transaction table, might be it will be necessary to take into account the transaction process date of the same table.

1) On 1-Nov-12, Product P123 on-hand qty = 100 kpc
2) On 1-Nov-12, Customer Service created a Goods Shipment for Product P123 of 150 kpc.
The Goods Shipment was left in "Draft" status since there wasn't enough qty for the shipment.
3) On 8-Nov-12, 80 kpc were transferred from production to the warehouse. Qty on hand: 180
4) On 8-Nov-12, Customer Service successfully completed the Goods Shipment of 150 kpc for Product P123
without changing the date to 8-Nov-12. So the goods movement date is recorded as 1-Nov-12.

"Valued Stock Report" setting the date to 1-Nov-12,
the report shows 30 kpc for Product P123.

Proposed Solution

The 'Valued Stock Report' and the 'Stock Report' are taking into account the movement date of the m_transaction table, might be it will be necessary to take into account the transaction process date of the same table.
Another option could be: inform the user that the document that is going to be processed has the movement date different from the transaction process date.
