Summary0024277: Empty End Year Close window - No data in grid
DescriptionI have the same issue as reported in 0023960.
There's no data in Year End Close window if one of the financial years does not have periods.
Steps To Reproduce1. Open form Year End Close, note that all financial years are in the grid.
2. Open form Fiscal Calendar, add year, do not create periods.
3. Refresh form Year End Close > No data in grid
