DescriptionIt should be possible not to select a Module that is included in a pack so it does not get installed.
Steps To ReproduceTake a professional localization that includes several professional modules as well as the community localization pack.

There is one module (electronic invoicing) that a specific customer do not want to install because either they do not use it or have developed its own module.

It is not possible not to install that module as it is contained in the pack.

Temporary solution : not to include that module in the pack.
Proposed Solutionto be discussed and researched.
