Summary0023912: When defining a Field as Start in new Line, if the previous field is two rows high, it does not work.
DescriptionWhen defining a Field as Start in new Line, if the previous field is two rows high, it does not work.
Steps To ReproduceLogin as System Administrator.

Go to Windows, Tabs and Fields.
In Sales Invoice || Invoice Lines.
Set the Description and the following Fields as Start in new Line.

Change the role to F&B Admin.
Realize that in Sales Invoice || Invoice Lines the field after the Description is not starting in a new Line.

Fixes Issue 0023912: Start in new line does not work if previous field is more than one row.

In case the rowspan of the previous field is more than 1,
then appropriate spaces have been added based on the rowSpan and colSpan to make the fild start in new line.
