Proposed Solution- Move OBRouter outside the ob-terminal-model.js file to its own file
- Rename it OB.Router
- Overload/wrap the router.route function to ensure that every route register passes within the class
- Refactor the code in ob-terminal-model.js and login-model.js to call this new object
