When updating a database, dbsourcemanager, the first thing it does is to disable constraints and the last thing enable constraints again. To check this bug is fixed include some records in an XML database that does not satisfy some foreign keys, when importing this data to a database, dbsourcemanager will try to enable the constraints at the end and it will fail. Check that this failure is logged.
