Summary0023821: Payment report scrolls back to top when switching to another tab and back
DescriptionThe payment report scrolls back to the top when you switch to another tab to check details. Then when coming back the payment report is again focused at the top.
This is very unhandy as you need to scroll down to the section/row you are checking.
Steps To ReproduceOpen the payment report
Click the search button
Check that there are many lines shown
Scroll down
Select a row with the mouse (by pressing the shift key and selecting)
Move to the workspace tab
Back to the payment report
Notice that the payment report has scrolled back to the top

Fixes issue 23821: Payment report scrolls back to top when switching to another tab and back
Added option to prevent focus when tab gets selected for specific classic windows.
