Proposed SolutionThis happens because the selector "Element Selector" is declared twice in the src-db/database/sourcedata/OBUISEL_SELECTOR.xml file, due to a wrong merge. Remove the selector with ID 389CE4152CE44A5F802BE86E8FBF3AF8.

Fixes issue 23805: Fixed wrong merge

The automated tests were failing because an entry in OBUISEL_SELECTOR.xml was duplicated due to a wrong merge.
