0002376: Payment Report: Business Partner selector does not work

Description

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
===================
The Business Partner selector of the Payment Report has two problems:
1) It does not auto-complete using the partner's search key
2) Once a partner has been selected it cannot be removed

ENVIRONMENT
===========
Openbravo 2.35 Community Appliance

HOW TO REPRODUCE
================
1) Login as Openbravo/openbravo
2) Navigate to Financial Management / Receivables & Payables / Analysis Tools / Payment Report
3) In Business Partner, type: V1115. This is supposed to auto-complete as Jaye, Company but it does not.
4) Now, open the selector. You can see that V1115 is not selected as search criteria.
5) Select the business partner and execute the report.
4) Now, try to clear the business partner and run a blank report: the report is always run with the same business partner.
