0002368: Right scrollbar doesn't appear in relation view of Workflow

Description

OB: 2.35 - Fedora 7 - PostgreSQL 8.2 - Tomcat 6 - JDK 6
I have repeated this bug in OB demo.

Step-by-step:
When we select "relation view" in the Workflow Window it does not show the right scroll bar even there are more workflows to be shown then the actual space of the visible table has.

Workaround:
You can find the Workflow in the "Edition view". Click in the "pencil" and use the "Go forward" button to reach the hidden workflows.
