Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Launch the Trial Balance report with
      From: first day of the fiscal year
      To: last day of the fiscal year
   Create a new G/L Journal with an accounting date between these dates
      Organization: same as the one selected in the Trial Balance
      General Ledger: same as the one selected in the Trial Balance
      Opening: selected
   Add two lines with two accounts that were not shown in the Trial balance: one with X amount in the Debit field and the other with X amount in the Credit field
   Process it and post it
   Launch the Trial Balance again
      Check that the two accounts don't appear
   Launch it again by not selecting the 'Opening Entry Amount to Initial Balance' check
      Check that the accounts appear
   Launch it again by selecting the check and changing the From date to the accounting date of the G/L Journal
      Check that the accounts appear

Currently, the Opening entries are only shown if they match the starting date of the report (From), so this step has changed:

"Launch it again by not selecting the 'Opening Entry Amount to Initial Balance' check
Check that the accounts appear"

They are not shown after the fix of the 35896 issue
