0000236: Element production empty in Postgres for new elements

Description

If you try to insert a new Production Plan in PostgreSQL (Warehouse Management || Transactions || Bill of Materials Production || BOM Production >> Production Plan ), field Production is empty but, when you save the Production plan, it gets filled.

The problem is the second field of the Production identifier that is empty.

The same happens in the Work Effort window for all its child tabs. (i.e. Production Management || Transactions || Work Effort || Work Effort >> Incidence)

Steps To Reproduce

1.-Go to Production Management || Transactions || Work Effort || Work Effort >> Incidence
2.- Create a new incidence. Field production is shown empty
3.- Fill mandatory fields
4.- Save. Now production field is shown properly
