Steps To Reproduce- Go to Purchase Order, and create one
   *Organization: F&B España - Región Norte
   *Business Partner: Bebidas Alegres, S.L.
- Navigate to line and create one
   *Product: Cerveza Lager 0,5L
   *Ordered quantity: 100
- Complete the order
- Go to pending goods receipts, select the line created before and open the locator selector
  Notice that you can select a storage bin from US West coast and process the goods receipt.

Fixes Issue 23566. Prevents from creating a Goods Receipt with
a Warehouse that not belongs to the Organization of the Document.
