DescriptionWhen a Process is Defined as 'Prevent Concurrent Executions' allow to filter by Client and Organization for canceling one.
Steps To ReproduceIf a Process has the check Prevent Concurrent Executions' checked as Yes, it cancels executions of a process if is one already running.
But it makes no distinction if this process request is defined for different clients or different organizations.

Fixes Issue 23561: When a Process is defined as Prevent Concurrent
Executions, check first if a Process is the same and for the same
Client and Organization before canceling it.
