DescriptionThe Costing Background process definiton should be different, it should be checked the 'Prevent Concurrent Executions' flag in order to avoid overalpping process and the cost calculation will be wrong
Steps To ReproduceAs System Admin role,
Go to Report and Process window,
  Open the Costing Background Process and realise that the 'Prevent Concurrent Executions' = No. It should be YES
