DescriptionIn BOM Production part products could be produced and it shouldn't

You shouldn't be able to define negative quantities in Product - Bill of Materials tab and you shouldn't be able to change the quantity of a consumed product to positive in Bill of Materials Production - Production Plan - I/O Products tab
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Scenario 1:
      Create a new product and mark it as Bill of Materials and stocked
      Go to Bill of Material tabs and add two products: one with a positive quantity and one with a negative quantity
      Verify the BOM and check the process finishes successfully
      Go to Bill of Materials Production window and create a new record for that product
      Create/Process Production
      Notice that two products are produced and one is consumed

   Scenario 2:
      Create a new product and mark it as Bill of Materials and stocked
      Go to Bill of Material tabs and add two products: both with a positive quantity
      Verify the BOM
      Go to Bill of Materials Production window and create a new record for that product
      Create/Process Production
      Change the quantity of one of the consumed product (in I/O Products tab) to positive
      Check that you could process it
