DescriptionNo error message shown when trying to import a file with a line without date or amount defined
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Try to import a bank statement file with a line without the transaction date defined
   The application does not show any error message although the file is not imported
   Repeat the process but in this case defining the date but not the amount (IN/OUT)
   No error message is shown again
