DescriptionWrong Balance Sheet when year is closed
Steps To Reproduce1. Run Balance Sheet report for year 2014 and verify balance of any account
2. Close year 2013
3. Run Balance Sheet report for year 2014 and verify that balance of that account has been doubled

You can also verify it by running Balance Sheet report with parameters Year=2014 and Reference Year=2013 (report attached for reference)

Moreover, if you close year 2014 and run report for 2015 balance is multiplied by 3.

FYI, Problem is also reproducible in MP21 where "End Year Close" refactor is not performed
