DescriptionWhen setting a new Organization as Ready, it creates wrong Period Control Entries for 13th Period.
It creates entries for all Document Categories, not only GL Journal.
Steps To ReproduceFollowing the Quick Guide:

Create a new Organization.
Create a Fiscal Calendar and a Year, and open it's Periods, including 13th Period.
Notice that only GL Journal Documents are assigned to that Period.
Follow the last steps to set the Organization as ready.
Realize that in 13th Period all Document Categories are available now.

Fixes Issue 23414. When Setting an Organization as ready, in 13th
Period, avoid creating Period Control Entries for Document Categories
different than GLJournal.
