Fixed issue 23234: Price List without taxes, after voiding layaway, printing a layaway is wrong

To reproduce the above issue, we have to void a Layaway order first and then we have to create a Layaway order to reproduce the above issue. In the ticket one can find the tax amount and total ticket amount is wrongly printed.
