Description'Credit Limit over' message not shown when selecting a business partner in Sales Orders and Goods Shipments
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create a Sales Invoice for a BP whose so_creditused is higher than so_creditlimit
   Check that the following info message is shown:
      "Note: Credit Limit over by ..."
   Repeat the process in Sales Order and Goods Shipment and check the message is not shown while it should be also shown

Fixes Issue 23229. Shows Credit Limit over message regardless of the blocking
status of the Business Partner.
