Steps To Reproducen/A
Proposed Solution(1) Suspense accounts number 9999 should be Account Type = Memo and Account Sign=Natural
(2) Suspense account number 7930 must be renamed as 9930 (Suspense Error), with Account type = Memo, Account Sign= Natural, and should be placed under the "Temporary default accounts".
(3) The accounts: 7930 (Suspense Error) and 7910 (Default Account) should not be part of the node "Other Income" of the P&L node but the node 9000 Temporary default accounts. Those accounts need to be renamed as 9930 (see point 2) and 9910.
(4) The "Income Summary" account 8990 needs to be renamed as "Net Income" and it has to be a "Heading" account and a "Revenue" type account. This account needs to have below nodes in the "Customized Elements" tab:
* Total Revenue
* total Cost of Goods Sold
* Total Operating Expenses
* Total Other Income
(5) the account "3080" Net Income needs to be renamed as "Income Summary" and it has to be an "Owner's Equity" account type. It needs to be configured as "Income Summary " account in the General Ledger Configuration window for the F&B International Group.
