0023223: Manufacturing Plan is not correctly processing reactivated orders

Description

If we create a sales order, complete it and after that we reactivate it, change its date and complete it again, the manufacturing plan process not takes into account this change.

Steps To Reproduce

As group Admin role,
Follow the instructions for configuring MRP: http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/Material_Requirement_Planning#Configuration [^] [^]
Go to Product window
    Select Vino Tinto
    Production: yes
    Purchasing: no
  go To Manufacturing Plan:
    Minimum Lead Time: 8 days
    capacity: 72'66
Go to Process Plan
   Configure a Process Plan with Vino Tinto as P+.
Go to Sales Order
   Create a new document for Vino Tinto.
   Qty: 300
   Order Date: today
   Book it
Go to Manufacturing Plan window:
  Launch it for Product Vino Tinto
Go back to Sales Order
  Reactivate the previously created order and change its Order Date
  Book it
Go to Manufacturing Plan window:
  Launch it for Product Vino Tinto
  Notice that the Planned Order Date for the Pending Sales Order hasn't been updated
