Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create a new role
   Add * in the Organization tab with Organization Administrator checkbox not selected
   Assign it to Openbravo user
   Log out and log in again with that role
   Go to Financial Account window and check that you could not edit the records
   Click on Add transaction and add for example a payment to a GL Item
   You shouldn't be able to add it
   Select the created transaction, click on Delete button and you will get the following message:
      "With your current role you don't have write permission."

- Transactions could be added to financial accounts defined for a non accesible organization.
- Reconciliations could be added to financial accounts defined for a non accesible organization.
