Summary0023177: add_hours(), add_minutes(), add_seconds() database functions
DescriptionWe currently support the add_days and add_months database functions. I think we are missing the add_hours(), add_minutes() and add_seconds().

This kind of functions are very useful for coworking related operations.
Steps To ReproduceN/A
Proposed SolutionThe attached diff is an example of how these functions look like in both Oracle and Postgres. Important: The patch itself is not tested, but the code that creates the function is working fine.

Please ensure these functions can be called from HQL.
