DescriptionThe warehouse field of Stock Reservation should show only organization's on hand warehouses
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Check that a product has stock in a Warehouse - Storage bin
   Check that a organization does not have any warehouse defined as on hand warehouse (you could delete them, Organization - Warehouse)
   Create a new Stock Reservation for that warehouse and product
   Check that you can select any warehouse in the combo box
   Click on Manage Stock button and check that no lines appear
