Summary0002302: Massive DB updates
DescriptionSome processes make massive updates in DB dictionary tables, that are not meaningful (i.e. updated time). This becomes a problem for svn commits, because these xml files are always committed with a big number of minimal changes.

The processes that produce this are:

-Synchronize terminology.
-ant translate
