Steps To ReproduceAs group Admin role,
  Unit of measure:
     Unit: Standard Precision: 0
           Costing Precision: 0
Go to Product
   Select Cerveza Ale
         Unit: Unit
         Production: Yes
Go to Process PLan
   Create a new one
      Consumed product (P-): Unit
      Qty: 1
Go to Work Requirement
    Create a new one for the Process PLan created before
    qty: 5
Go to Work Effort
   Create a new one as for the WR created before
       Completed Qty: 2.6
Realise that the qty of product consumed: Cerveza Ale is 2.6 and regarding the Standard Precision should be 3
