Summary0002293: No messages importing taxes. From temporal tables

Description:

After importing the accounts into the temporal table I_tax enter
in any record and click on the button import tax.

Steps:
1. Go to Master data management-->Import data-->Import tax
2. Click on import tax(Inside in any record)

Aftar the process finish no message appears. In old release the message
told you how many inserts and updates and erros ocurred during the process

Bug fixed.

Now ImportProcess class uses OBError for working with the error messages.
